AMATEUR WOMEN’S ARM-WRESTLING EVENT
LIABILITY & INJURY WAIVER

Event: Queen of The Ring Amateur Women’s Arm Wrestling
Date: February 1st, 2026
Location: 500 Ala Moana Blvd.
Promoter / Organizer: Sunny Daze Promotions dba The Elbow Room, and Row Bar.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I, the Participant, acknowledge that arm-wrestling is inherently physical and carries risk of injury, including but not limited to strains, tears, fractures, concussions, paralysis, or even death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating, whether known or unknown, whether caused by my own actions or those of others, including negligence of the Promoter or Venue. 

2. RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Promoter, Venue, its officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, volunteers, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, death, damage to property, or other consequences arising from or related to my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 

3. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any third-party claims or causes of action arising from my participation, including legal fees and costs. 

4. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would increase my participation risk.

  • I agree to follow all event rules, instructions, and safety procedures provided by Promoter or Venue.

  • I confirm I will participate sober, free from drugs or alcohol, and understand that impairment may increase risk of injury for myself and others.

  • I will refuse to participate if I am ill, injured, or under the influence, and will notify event staff immediately.

5. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
In the event of injury or medical emergency, I authorize the Promoter and Venue to secure appropriate medical care. I accept financial responsibility for any related expenses.

6. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & INTENT
I confirm I have read and fully understand this Waiver. I enter into it freely and voluntarily, intending it to be a complete and final release of all liability to the greatest extent permitted by law.
